About Us

Southold Cider is the brainchild of Stefanie Meyers and Trista Sordillo. Partners in life (and in cider), we first started making cider in our apartment in Denver, Colorado in 2015. An idea that was born in the mountains has come to life on the water at the east end of Long Island. Surrounded by water, we live in Southold and make our cider in Greenport on the North Fork. You’ll notice our logo is a mountain bisected by water to represent our journey.

 Our friends at Matchbook Distilling Co. helped us bring Southold Cider to life during the covid pandemic.
